Provide technical consultation for laboratories to help assess and educate on possible workflow, instrumentation, and testing solutions for a variety of Genomics and Pathology applications. • Lead hands-on customer onboarding, including sample QA/QC, reagent processing per IFU documentation, and instrument/kit demonstration. • Providing remote and/or on-site troubleshooting assistance to customers in partnership with our internal technical support team to ensure a prompt and total resolution. • Liaison between customers and Agilent to help influence/drive future products and applications.
