Project Management – management details and timelines for the following: New customers – each time ArchPoint, LLC gains agreement from a new customer for distribution, I establish a timeline and support all activities required to get products to market. This includes product specifications, development of product packaging, product samples, logistics planning, etc. New products – when ArchPoint,LLC introduces a new product line or enters into a Private Label product development agreement. I am responsible for building the project plan to bring products to market. This includes a deep engagement with customer resources and our team in China and managing such activities as consumer research, engineering design, sample development, testing, etc. Sales/production forecast – mange the product/customer sales/production forecast and interfaces with China. • Sales Management – working closely with our COO on driving sales efforts at both existing customers and targeted new customers: Working closely with on ArchPoint network to build product penetration at existing customers. Support the selling efforts at targeted customers by leveraging our existing product assortment, working closely with our broker partners to introduce our company, our capabilities, and products that we our currently sourcing
