ABOUT TIM OSBALDESTON

I help SaaS and AI companies turn product ambition into commercial reality. As a Fractional Product Leader, I work with founders and leadership teams to define product strategy, build high-performing product organisations, and deliver scalable, revenue-generating platforms. I typically engage at inflection points — whether that’s finding product–market fit, scaling delivery, or aligning product with growth and investment goals. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led product across telecoms, SaaS, and AI-driven businesses - from early-stage startups to global platforms. I’ve scaled product organisations from the ground up, delivered £20M+ ARR growth, and played a key role in a $300M exit. Most recently, I founded and led ICHU - an AI company developing real-time speech and audio intelligence systems in partnership with BT and Fraunhofer. My approach is pragmatic and hands-on. I don’t just define strategy - I work closely with teams to execute it.
