I currently hold the position of FEC Change & Implementation Manager supporting the Corporate business units serviced through Rabobank Region Europe & Africa. Through my function I am responsible for the coordination, management and implementation of Financial Economic Crime-related changes impacting multiple Rabobank locations including: London, Utrecht, Madrid, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan & Dublin.In addition to my BAU role I hold/have held various ancillary positions within the Bank, including: Learning Ambassador, COB Champion, Global File Champion and Chair of the European Change Preparation Group (‘CPG’)- evidencing a high level of regard for my input across the Bank globally.I possess both a comprehensive legal background as a fully qualified Solicitor and an extensive financial services background having worked extensively in the fields of Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and KYC/CDD.I believe that the fast-paced and pressurised nature of these sectors have helped me develop a multi-faceted skillset, which would be invaluable to many organisations.
