IFRS17 Implementation: Provided advisory to a large Norwegian financial institution on new regulatory requirements, configured their IFRS17 model, was responsible for project management on both Norwegian and Nordic levels, and ensured timely implementation of the new accounting standard into production- Assistance to Investment and Risk Management department: Assisted this team for a large Norwegian insurer with ongoing reporting, compliance monitoring, and quality assurance, helping the client improve reporting processes and financial risk managment (e.g. interest rate, currency, liquidity and market risk)- Program Risk Management: Advised on risk management process for one of the largest projects in Norway (31 bNOK), improved reporting, and ensured a program plan overhaul for a large Norwegian company\'s digitization project, leading to improved risk management, reduced costs, and minimized delays- Statutory Account Mapping: Mapped all accounts in a bank\'s system to the correct line on the Statutory Accounts, ensuring accurate mapping for IT systems setup and Solvency II value calculations- Internal Model Validation: Assisted a large insurer\'s internal audit team in tests and documentation for internal model validation, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing confidence in the precision of the internal model and meeting board requirements for satisfactory test execution.
