In addition to our invention portfolio and new product development initiatives, my associates and I are experirnced in preparing businesses for sale in order to maximize returns for sellers, and finding buyers a valuable business at a fair price. My passion is small business and I thoroughly enjoy helping people start, buy, sell, or manage their own ventures. In addition, I have product development experience including three patent pending applications and one registered trademark. I have over 35 years experience in owning and managing more than a dozen small to medium sized business enterprises in Canada. Most were winners, but of course, some were losers! One of my goals in life is to help prevent others from making the same mistakes I have made.
