I lead operational and customer-facing teams partnering with C-level executives in small to medium-sized technology-based businesses. We simplify the complex, solve highly-technical problems, and achieve alignment in and among teams across the organization. The result is a more functional business that drives top-line growth, operates efficiently and better serves customers.As the head of Customer Success and Support at Ellevation, I’ve planned and implemented the reorganization of the customer-facing part of the business, which has led to significant improvements in gross margin. I’ve also worked with leaders across the company to deliver a better customer experience driving increased retention. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing we’ve reimagined Ellevation’s GTM approach to drive clearer ownership and accountability and to ensure both R&D and customer-facing teams’ needs and perspectives are represented. Whatever the challenge might be, I\'m motivated to dig into the most complex problems, facilitate collaboration and alignment, and help achieve an outcome that works for all stakeholders, moving an organization closer to achieving its goals and aspirations.
