As Chairman and Founder of BonoHoldCo, I lead executive oversight and new business formation for subsidiary LLCs focusing on solving housing affordability challenges, new and innovative US honey-derived culinary products (while supporting bee habitat and their BEEutiful importance to our Planet), as well as strategic business advisory and growth consulting. 30 years of Fortune 50 Corporate America experience in leadership management, new business development, and client relations for growth-oriented, consumer-facing companies. Strong background in strategic planning, start-up operations, process improvement, change management, and P&L optimization. I leverage Georgetown McDonough MBA in finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, as well as my former legislative roles for 2 US Senators, to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for any Company I lead, its partners and stakeholders. I am passionate about building and maintaining C-level relationships, negotiating win-win growth deals, and enhancing community impact from the businesses I lead. Also actively involved in several Boards of Directors, having served in Board governance roles, including Board Chairman, Compliance & Audit Committees, Finance Committees, and Executive Committee. My consistent personal approach is to advance the Mission and Vision of equity for ALL, and create value for my family, my business partners and their families, and the Communities, we serve.
