About Timmi Cheever

I have been working in the real estate industry since graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Finance & Real Estate in 1998. I have extensive experience from holding various positions including Receptionist, Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Office Manager, Relocation Director, REO Manager and Licensed Contract Manager. Much of my knowledge has been gained from working for several of Northern Colorado\'s top agents and managing brokers. I have a passion for real estate and most of all helping people. Recently, I also added office manager for two family owned companies: Cheever Brothers Painting and Diamond Valley Collectibles. This position allows me to support my husband and brother-in-law in their businesses. I handle all office details as well as the bookkeeping.
