Welcome to my profile! I have worked in outsourcing since 1990 and been part of Hays since 2009. When people read “Chief Commercial Officer” they usually believe it’s all about numbers and KPI’s. However, what I really do is to make sure that our deals represent a good outcome for both Hays and our clients. I also work with my colleagues to ensure we bring the full power of Hays to bear in our global client relationships. Whilst I have a strong drive to do a good job and to excel, I am equally determined that it is important that we enjoy ourselves whilst working hard. This is the key ingredient that delivers positive outcomes. Therefore, I strive to create enjoyable and productive work environments wherever possible. My main passion is people and I strongly believe that we are only as successful as our best people can make us. Because of that, I surround myself with very capable individuals and try to foster a team approach to all that we do. My mantra is ‘behind every successful leader there is usually and even more successful and hard-working team!’ Tim
