   Currently, I lead a globally distributed 42-member team, balancing in-house and offshore resources to provide 24/7 support across multiple time zones. Oversee divisional areas budget development and margin attainment, ensuring departmental decisions and project plans align with Soteria’s strategic direction. Identify operational areas of need and develop targeted strategies to improve performance, productivity, and efficiency. Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and resources. Key Achievements Propelled revenue margins from 20% to 300% by transforming the IT operating model from outsourced IT resources to in-house management. Created Security Operations Center (SOC) services from the ground up, successfully acquiring a book of business by running a side-by-side proof of concept (POC) against a top 10 SOC provider. Raised revenue by $1.8M+ with a 45% profit margin in 2 years by establishing and scaling the Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and procurement team. Grew customer satisfaction from 76% to 98% and SLA compliance from 86% to 99.96% by transitioning Azure engineering and help desk operations from 3rd-party providers to in-house management. Converted Soteria from an MSP to a CSP1, refining the service approach and establishing the business as a direct partner with Microsoft. Established a DevOps board to leverage Agile methodologies in project management. Shortened month-end closing to 5 days or less by restructuring the finance team and sourcing a top CFO and Controller. Streamlined inventory management and reduced expense by transitioning from an outsourced inventory management model to an internal strategy. Strengthened security posture and ensured alignment with data protection standards through attainment of ISO 27001.
