Consulting manager to two 100+ stakeholder projects in AI-Analytics and Cloud Infrastructure. Revolving around robotic surgery, ML model development and a software platform that is used by surgeons globally. The role interacts with stakeholders internationally across the entire spectrum of business development for SaaS and Device Manufacturing, reporting to VP steering committees and managing two Core Team models. Introduced a light SAFe structure for stakeholders to follow within the first month utilising Jira, Confluence & varying bespoke team strategies that were tailored to the project itself. Consolidated a £3.5m budgetary plan across 10 Quarters within the first week of joining + optimised a separate £5m project budget by investigating financial orders and re-platforming order processes. Spearheaded bespoke quality assessments (FMEA & DRM) across several verticals to align with ISO 23053 and ISO 9001, whilst supporting the project planning for ISO 27001 with delivery plans in relation to another medical device project.
