In this role I partner with the General Manager of our Western Business Unit, and Director of Western Operations to design and deliver HR processes and policies to drive desired business outcomes. This also includes strategic planning for operating posture, headcount planning, budgeting, etc. I support approximately 400 Team members across the organization as well as being the process owner for our company wide Performance Management Process, which I designed and implemented. Duties also include administering our HRIS & timekeeping system, leadership development, 401(k) administration, recruiting, employee relations, Union relations & bargaining, compensation management, investigation & safety
