Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Nevada, Mississippi, Arizona and Colorado, Kansas, Arkansas Licensed Structural Engineer and/or Civil I have 16 years of structural design experience and 12+ years in project management and structural forensic investigations. Design includes but is not limited to timber, steel and concrete structures. Foundation design experience consist mainly of shallow foundations systems for single family homes, duplex, condominiums, beach houses and commercial buildings. Foundation systems include slab-on-grade with conventional (rebar) or post tension, structural slab with piers, elevated pier and wood beam, piles and uniform slabs. I also have experience designing concrete retaining walls, swimming pools and CMU walls. Timber and steel design experience for mainly residential structures and commercial buildings. This includes designing roof, ceiling, floor and wall systems (including shear walls). I can design windstorm and wall bracing plans that comply with both the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and the prescriptive requirements of the 2021 IRC and IBC. I am also on the TDI’s Appointed Windstorm inspector and Engineers list. I am knowledgeable using the IBC, IRC, ACI, AISC, WFCM and NDS codes and standards. I have 6 years C-Suite experience reporting directly to the CEO and participating directly in the board meeting with our private equity owners (both Brass Ring and Saw Mill Capital). I have been a major contributor to the success of the company especially within the structural department. Fun Fact - Arcxis now touches 1 in every 8 new homes in the USA!
