ABOUT TIM LIMBERGER
From a young age, I enjoyed the challenge of maintaining and fixing things and understanding how they worked. This eventually led to a career in engineering, where I thoroughly enjoyed developing products and technologies. During this career I also developed a strong opposition to wasteful practices and a passion for getting stuff done effectively, as well as enabling others to learn, grow and shine. I believe that if you create a safe and supportive environment for people to do their best and encourage everyone in a team to flourish, then you’re highly likely to be able to resolve even the most difficult challenges together.I’ve demonstrated my adaptability to different opportunities and challenges, through moving between sectors, functions and roles, whilst always looking to improve myself and create impactful, lasting outcomes.Since 2015 I’ve been offering my expertise to clients across UK and Europe through the business I set up with my wife, through which we’re honoured to have had the opportunity to manage several projects. Clients have included individuals and sole traders, SMEs of various sizes, universities, large national and multi-national businesses, government departments and arm’s length bodies.
