Review daily reports for overdrafts in client accounts and contact account servicers for cause and expected resolution.Analyzed hundreds of controls and risks across seven business segments to develop annual test plan based on parameters identified by unit manager and coordinated distribution of assignments amongst team members.Identified investment objectives were not appearing on more than 1800 client statements, informed business line, and followed through with business line until resolved.Contact business line subject matter experts as needed when testing controls to determine if the test sample(s) is a test failure or if there are extenuating elements explaining the situation as an exception.Regularly met and worked with project team responsible for transitioning risk and control framework from old system to new system to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Asked questions to gain understanding and clarity of process flow for new system and suggest enhancements for greater efficiency.
