I’m a data scientist who genuinely loves the process of turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. My path started in the real estate world—working on market studies and appraisals for firms in the Tampa area—where I learned how data shapes the decisions that build communities, businesses, and opportunities. Those early experiences led me to earn my State-Certified General Appraiser License in Florida and even help found one of the firms I worked for, managing everything from customer relationships and product design to pricing and analytics.My curiosity for the “why” behind markets led me to pursue a Master of Applied Economics at Florida State University, where I deepened my understanding of how data, models, and incentives drive behavior. From there, I joined Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C, where I’ve grown as a data scientist—building models, uncovering insights, and designing solutions that support one of the most data-driven organizations in the U.S. housing industry.I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Data Science and Analytics at Florida Atlantic University, and I’m proud to be a member of The Generative Intelligence Lab, where I will be researching responsible applications of machine learning and generative AI.What drives me is simple: I love solving problems that matter. Whether it’s building a predictive model, designing an analytical framework, or translating complex ideas into strategy, I find deep satisfaction in creating clarity from complexity. I believe great data science doesn’t just predict outcomes—it builds trust, informs better decisions, and drives meaningful impact.My toolkit includes Python, R, SAS, SQL, and advanced modeling techniques—but my focus is always on applying them to real-world challenges in real estate analytics, economic modeling, and enterprise-scale AI adoption.
