It travels at grade in retained cut and along elevated guideway, with three elevated stations, one below-grade station, and three parking facilities.Sound Transit East Link Extension, Seattle, WA – Communications DSDC EORThe East Link Extension is a 14-mile light rail extension connecting the Eastside to downtown Seattle, Sea-Tac Airport, and the University of Washington. 10 stations will serve Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Bel-Red, and Overlake in Redmond. As a systems specialist, Tim is supporting design services for communications and controls systems, high-speed local and wide area IP networks, low voltage copper cabling and fiber-optic cabling, CCTV, access control, and trainway intrusion detection, public address, visual message signs, SCADA, emergency telephones, and fire safety and emergency ventilation system interfaces.Minneapolis – Metropolitan Council – Green Line Extension Systems EstimatingTim is providing independent cost-estimating services for the 14.5-mile METRO Green Line Extension, which expands service from downtown Minneapolis to St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Eden Prairie. The project adds multiple new stations along the existing route.
