Manage the Integrated Logistics Operations to asses, analyse, develop and deliver the improvements to existing processes relating to the delivery of the Fuel Enterprise Strategy (FES) Project Team. Engaging with key stakeholders, assisting in the delivery of complex data technical projects by influencing all Front Line Commands (FLC’s) to ensure successful outcomes are achieved, meeting rigorous standards of safety, quality time and cost. • Managed the validation and full data fidelity check of BFIS and GFMS datasets iro all 358 UK Defence Fuels sites. • Managed and analysed the current Defence Fuel Ops position thereby enabling informed decisions around the Fuels Transformation Programme. • Managed and delivered the SME delivery of the remote data validity checks of all military units within the UK Strat Base. • Delivered, analysed and data cleansed all remote unit validity checks onto the Fuel Enterprise Strategy (FES) data warehouse cost model to ensure correct financial uplift was achieved. • Managed and delivered the SME knowledge of current Fuel Op’s to all Tri-Service Front Line Commands (FLC’s) whereby offering guidance and solutions on their fuel Infrastructure. • Delivered the on-site UK Strat Base unit surveys which required a lot of in depth pre planning and strong FLC stakeholder engagement. • Promote, foster and encourage the positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through positive Project and Technical review meetings to ensure all stages of the project are delivered on time, in full and where possible cost effective. • Project Planned the timely delivery of an indepth service delivery unit survey matrix by pragmatically planning all units in order of priority.
