In a reorg, the Workflows team was renamed to the Approachable Analytics team and put into a division called Team Workflows, which houses three teams: Approachable Analytics, Impactful Insights, and Proactive Pathways. Promoted to the engineering lead for this division, managing two managers, and acting as the manager for Approachable Analytics.Team Workflows is focused on getting customers valuable and unique insights from their data in an easy-to-use manner. Successes have included: revamping the collaborative experience for enterprise customers, and easier initial access to insights, with many more exciting additions in development.Due to a company downsizing and restructuring those teams were folded into one. I am the engineering manager for the DX Success team, which is responsible for all of the insights and analytics in Fullstory, and the services that support it. We continue with a similar mission of finding new ways to ensure our customers are empowered with actionable insights that allow them to optimize their product experience.
