Set up Apna Ghar at location near to cancer treatment facility. • Recruit and guide other teams to ensure annual project goals are achieved. Coordinate with Hospitals, Clinics, Institutions, Donors, Volunteers to spread awareness and rope in the institutions to collaborate. • Ensure socio-economic and psychological support and guidance to patients and care givers during stay. • Ensure smooth operation of Apna Ghar as per SOPs at part with industry health, hygiene and safety standards and compliance of applicable administrative guidelines and laws in health care sector. Ensure hygienic and nutritious food for patients and care givers. Ensure timely travel support to patients/care givers from Apna Ghar.• Ensure empathetic, honest, compassionate and disciplined work culture at the centre.• Undertake needed documentation and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers and ensure timely delivery of goods, services and payments. Plan and undertake approved activities for patients in coordination with referring doctors, hospitals and institutions. • Coordinate with patients and care givers to guide them during their stay at Apna Ghar.
