   Senior Recruiting Consultant supporting Wells Fargo\'s Chief Operating Office/Control Management - The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers. The COO group includes Global Operations, which includes Consumer Operations, Wholesale Operations, Shared Services, and additional Operations business reporting. Operations drives efficiency and risk mitigation through process simplification, functional consolidation, automation, and effective controls. The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo\'s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team, Regulatory and Policy Affairs, Enterprise Complaints and Remediations, and Sales Practices and Conduct Management. The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.Control Programs is one of Control Management\'s five core responsibilities. In partnership with accountable business owners, we provide control and process expertise in the development and implementation of key risk management programs and ensure these programs embed ​critical risk and control activities into the day-to-day operations of Wells Fargo\'s businesses and functions. ​Key programs such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Issues Management, and Operational Risk Events contribute to the full implementation of our company\'s Risk Management Framework​ and enable the front line to better own, understand, and mitigate their risks and, ultimately, deliver better customer experiences.
