As a partner within the SVA Companies, I primarily consult with the owners or leadership teams of organizations to help them best understand how technology can and should be used to meet their goals and support their long-term strategic initiatives. My clients are often companies that are engaged within the Supply Chain of material goods, either as wholesale distributors of product, the manufacturers themselves, or hybrid organizations. I can’t think of a better position to leverage my background. Having both a very broad yet deep understanding of technology, combined with my past practical, hands-on experience in sales, operations, and corporate management gives me a really unique experience to share with my clients. Because I have been in their shoes, using, evaluating and selecting software and technology, I can really emphasize with the difficult decisions my customers face as well as the bottom-line impact technology can have on an organization. To that end, my team and I work with our clients to develop scalable, long-term technology strategies, assist them in the implementation of specific software solutions, or design and develop customized, integrated solutions to meet their needs.
