I work to support the development and growth of Welbee — a multi award-winning SaaS B2B EdTech startup.**Leadership, Strategy and Business Development**- Leading the development of an AI-driven data and insights product suite - Development and ongoing leadership of the Welbee Toolkit, a digital learning product which I have led from the initial idea through rapid development and growth to over registered users- Developing effective go-to-market strategies, including licensing models, tailored for the UK education market- Creating and refining business plans and pitch decks for new products, including the AI data product suite, demonstrating commercial acumen and strategic insight.** Data, AI and Product Innovation:**- Advising Welbee on how best to integrate AI into their products in a way that is meaningful, ethical and adds genuine value to the sector- Leading the development of an innovative AI-powered data and insights suite using a combination of AI models, semantic layers, LookML, SQL, and LangChain- Architecting and overseeing the creation of a tenanted data warehouse, including designing a scalable semantic layer for advanced AI-powered reporting and data analytics- Developing and deploying Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems both into the new data product as well as in Janaury 2023 into the Welbee Toolkit, making it one of the first EdTech products to fully utilise RAG- Leveraging data from market research, customer feedback, and usage analytics alongside industry best practices to drive informed product decisions- Advocating for user-centric design, including implementing iterative changes to better serve users.**Partnership Working:**- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key partners, both from within and outside the education sector- Collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and technology teams- Successfully managing a remote, cross-functional team.
