Working with Metrolinx to deliver a transformational transit programme. The GO Expansion programme is a long-term investment of $62B, to design, build, operate and maintain the new infrastructure and trains for 25 years. It will make the network better, faster and the region easier to travel in. I\'m supporting the integration of projects into a successful program delivery model, and the subsequent program management to successful delivery, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of Metrolinx.This will create a step change in train services, through successful infrastructure changes. The infrastructure required includes projects such as signalling, bridges, grade separations, new electrification, and track layovers.
