I am a keen kayaker and runner that went from never being in a boat or running more than 5K, to completing the worlds longest non-stop kayaking race and being in the top 20 in the race in 2018. But I couldn\'t have done this without having a good group of people around me.I apply the same moto in my personal and professional life.
