My character I would describe as, strongly driven to reach my goals. Often approaching challenges positive with an entrepreneurial mindset. I never avoid problems, but rather face, and eliminate them. As displayed in the following sections, I have made a change from 5 years of cookery school, to a Business school with above-averaged grades. This clarifies my background, but also emphasises my skills in operational sense, and capability of adjusting to new goals. My background as a chef has not only strengthened my own business, but also honed my skills to manage teams in business related occasions. The years abroad have taught me how to adjust to other cultures and to study new languages. Therefore, I am motivated to work hard to for what needs to be done, and never give up.
