Tim is the CEO & founding Realtor at Crews Real Estate. He earned a B.S. in psychology and minor in business administration at Radford University in Radford, Virginia. He then went on to earn his M.A. in Christian leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Upon completing his graduate program, Tim relocated to Northern Virginia, where he began his career in real estate.Inspired to be an extension of Jesus in the real estate community, and after 13 years and 400+ home sales, Tim and his team are still serving clients in the Greater Fredericksburg & Northern Virginia marketplace.Tim has been married to his college sweetheart for 14 years. Together they have 4 children, and reside in Spotsylvania County.Tim is passionate about pastoring his church, creating memories with his family, exercising, dating his wife, drinking coffee, and reading great books. In addition to operating his own real estate business, Tim is also a highly respected trainer and instructor within his community and brokerage locally and regionally. Tim regularly teaches small business ownership, business development, and leadership courses. Four words sum up the heart and purpose of Tim’s life: Serve, Impact, Lead, and Love!
