An Ofsted Good provider.I have focused upon developing and enhancing the changes I made during my first 12 months with Nacro. • Compiled and presented to the Executive an ICT strategy encompassing a digital maturity model and roadmap for the period 2025 to 2027. • Embarked upon moving key infrastructure and enterprise solutions to Microsoft Cloud connected ecosystems to enable data visualisation and intelligence approaches. • Reduced the number of ICT suppliers and introduced service management frameworks to monitor performance. • Additional outsourcing of inhouse services to the Managed Service Provider, resulting in an 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday dedicated Service Desk. • Planning for an organisational wide Windows 11 rollout which will include deploying remote management technologies to assist auditing and security. • Proposed standardisation of ICT throughout the Education Directorate. • Automated colleague joiner and leaver processes resulting in faster onboarding, delivery and collection of equipment. • Transferred the organisation from legacy Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network to Direct Internet Access (DIA) providing faster, more stable, and flexible network connectivity. • Led the rollout of a BT managed Wi-Fi solution across the organisation’s larger locations. • Defined and project managed the implementation of a secure cloud-based print solution currently in use across all Directorates of Nacro. • Responsible for ensuring that security penetration tests are accurately scoped and any remediation actions are implemented in a timely manner.• Assisted in the preparation for audits including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
