Independent Insurance Agent specializing in health & Medicare Insurance for over 35 years. I am the owner of Summit Independent Insurance Services which specializes in helping individuals, small businesses and seniors with their health and Medigap Insurance options. Our agency takes pride in its ability to provide a high level of hands-on personal service to clients which is why over 90% of new clients come to the agency via referrals from other satisfied clients and professionals. My team of licensed agents and support staff manage the health insurance of over 200 small business employer groups, 500 individuals, and Medicare-eligible clients. I work with Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, as well as ancillary products such as dental and vision plans. My agents and I are appointed with over 20 top carriers, and offer dozens of competitive plans to serve our clients\' needs. Specialties/Expertise: We specialize in helping people with their initial entry into Medicare; Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Advantage plan. We help current Medicare beneficiaries improve their existing coverage as well as provide on-going personal service for our Medicare clients. Additionally, we work extensively with individuals and small business owners for health, dental and vision coverage, including Covered California, as well as off-exchange and small group plans through all the major carriers.Licensing and Certifications: I am AHIP certified for Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans and a Covered California Certified Agent licensed in California, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, and Idaho.
