Also working with civilians to understand military capabilities and how to evaluate them for the civilian workplace. I\'ve worked to become the leader I wanted to have earlier in my career. Whether that is mentoring early-career talent, being an Individual Contributor SME or leadinging an experienced Talent Acquisition function, I help make people and companies successful. Working closely with stakeholders to implement talent acquisition strategies to fit the company\'s specific needs. Partnering with executives, hiring managers and HR to ensure the most efficient and cost effective recruiting focus.
