Experienced in research and programme management within the Further Education and skills sector, I specialise in translating government policy into impactful initiatives. From 2010-15, I led research and large-scale programmes at AELP, shaping training provider support and informing high-level policy decisions.Now leading research and communications at SDN, I work closely with sector organisations, stakeholders, and the press to drive innovation. Our team at SDN designs and delivers national programmes, develops resources, shares knowledge through training and events, and conducts specialist research.Proud to collaborate with partners such as the Department for Education, Education and Training Foundation, Amazon, CIPD, Gatsby, and over 200 business intermediary organisations.
