My passions are best described as growing and enabling people to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. I do this by providing resources, supporting and nurturing talents, building knowledge and confidence, and backstopping freedom to perform with accountability. We all need accountability, by holding others accountable and enabling others to hold me accountable, wonderful things can be achieved in our organizations, and personal lives. I am a closeted artist, as good engineering is truly art, as well as my passion for woodworking. I enjoy the sounds of loud machinery down to the sweat light whisks of a well tuned hand plane to create art through woodworking.
