Before that, I co-founded ventures like boastable and fueled on bacon—small teams that moved fast, shipped products, and landed clients most agencies only pitch. As chief technology officxr at shadowbid, I brought trading logic into e-commerce, then battle-tested the product inside boomtown accelerator.The through-line? Building engines—technical, operational, and human—that don’t just work, but adapt. My next chapter is about empowering builders and founders to do the same, with tools, systems, and a community designed for the ones willing to play the long game.

   Redesigned systems, relaunched the website, and rebuilt reputation while navigating bankruptcy and COVID downsizing. Streamlined a 50-person team to 4, renegotiated critical contracts, executed a six-figure marketing plan, managed closures and redesigns, and deployed remote teams—returning the company to profitability.
