ABOUT TIM CASASOLA
I help organizations of all kinds strategize well and work better. I started my career as employee #5 at The Ready. There, I helped companies like Citi and Dropbox work in more effective, outcome-based ways. All while building an org design consultancy. Then I shifted into tech and worked at garden3D, where I worked with large orgs (Stripe, Google, IBM), early-stage orgs (Swell, Milli Mylk), and even cultural institutions (Brooklyn Museum). I also introduced some organizational practices that helped us work in more equitable ways: I introduced a decision-making process where anyone could suggest a change to garden3D\'s policy (this led to us establishing a sixteen-week parental leave) With a colleague and the founder, I initiated an effort that led to salaries being transparent I even created ways for a five-person design team to self-manage Most recently, I work as an independent consultant. I help organizations who are serving communities I care about, like Global Climbing Initiative and Donors of Color.
