Tim Carroll is a communications professional, with over a decade of experience in political, policy, environmental, and executive communications. Tim has spent the last four years with the US Environmental Protection Agency, leading communications and media relations for President Biden\'s ambitious environmental and climate agenda, developing strategies for regulations to reduce climate pollution from the transportation and power sectors, remove lead pipes from the nation\'s drinking water system and regulate emerging contaminants like PFAS. Prior to EPA, Tim served in Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan\'s administration, leading communications around housing, planning, economic development, transportation and sustainability, and also worked on the presidential campaigns of Secretary Hillary Clinton, Senator Elizabeth Warren and President Joe Biden.A graduate of Wayne State University’s nationally acclaimed Journalism Institute for Media Diversity, an honors program focused on diversifying the fields of media and communications, Tim is committed to lifting up and centering diverse voices in the workplace.
