I\'m a consulting actuary who helps corporates and trustees of pension schemes with their pension liabilities. I get most excited when I find win-wins which keep decisions simple and smooth for both members and companies, or when I can future-proof any process in a constantly changing world.I think it\'s important as an advisor that I give a view and put things in my own words.At the moment some of my focus is driving the strategy and figures on GMP equalisation projects.
