I have some web design experience, which has also helped with my knowledge of PC\'s, their associated problems and subsequent solutions.Specialties: Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Microsoft Operating systems (DOS to Windows 7) and Office sofware t 2010) are my specialties. I\'ve also had experience with EPOS, Mainframe and oracle Systems, as well as various printers, blackberry devices, Iphones laptops and tablet PC\'s.
