Implemented Workday Adaptive Insights as our forecasting, budgeting and planning tool-Lead a team of analysts who actively control SG & A expenses company-wide. Inclusive of consolidating around 50 departments across multiple countries. Ensure that expenses are favorable to budget and that an accurate forecast is in place-Manage full P&L. Net Income weekly forecasting for sales, operations & SG & A, work across multiple functions and business units to deliver an accurate forecast-Influence decision making through weekly/monthly/annual forecasting process and gap correction where needed-Budgeting process for full P&L, including sales, operations and SG & A. Work with EVP\'s to refine and consolidate various budgets, while ensuring that appropriate cost savings are in effect to meet corporate objectives-Long range plan development 3yr/5yr which includes action plan needed to meet objectives-Quarterly board packages-New Process to review cost center expenses easily and efficiently for SG & A related expenses. This process enabled my team to hold departments accountable to their budgets & provide guidance when necessary to meet plan-New headcount management process to control hiring and communicate approved roles to senior leadership-Cost savings programs implemented for SG & A expenses
