I am an independent Expert for Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service (DRS), which provides a mechanism for resolving disputes relating to.uk domain names.In this role, I determine disputes referred following the conclusion of Nominet’s mediation process. I have decided a wide range of cases over more than a decade, covering varied factual and procedural scenarios within the.uk domain name space.This work has given me sustained, first-hand exposure to how domain name disputes are assessed and resolved in practice, and informs my broader understanding of domain name risk and enforcement.

I work in brand protection with a particular focus on domain names - strategy, monitoring, dispute resolution and online enforcement.I have spent over two decades advising brand owners on how to identify, assess and respond to domain name risk, working with global clients across multiple jurisdictions and industry sectors. My work ranges from large-scale monitoring programmes to complex, precedent-sensitive disputes, and sits at the intersection of evidence, Internet infrastructure and decision-making.I serve as an independent Expert for Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) in the.uk domain space, and previously sat on Nominet’s.uk Policy Stakeholder Committee. These roles have given me a close view of how policy, procedure and real-world enforcement interact.In addition to my core role, I have had responsibility for governance and organisational risk matters, including ESG and inclusion-related issues. That work continues to inform my approach to accountability and decision-making.I have a strong practical understanding of Internet systems, including DNS, web and email infrastructure, and focus on monitoring and enforcement approaches that are accurate, proportionate and evidence-led.
