ABOUT TIM BRADFORD

In my career thus far, I have had the privilege of working in diverse, global, roles, collaborating with customer-centric organizations and meeting inspiring individuals along the way. This has endowed me with both executive-level and hands-on experience in negotiating and simplifying complex business goals into manageable and measurable outcome focused programs. My background has also enabled me to adopt a holistic, strategic approach to challenges and devise innovative and pragmatic solutions to drive change initiatives towards the delivery of timely key results. My professional passion lies in remaining receptive to fresh ideas and experiences, and in optimizing the way an organisations delivers value to it’s customers. I recognize that this is not always an easy feat, but I firmly believe that we often overcomplicate things and make the journey harder than it needs to be. Over-promising and under-delivering is a common pitfall, which is why I am not afraid to make tough decisions at crucial junctures in a program, even if it means being the bearer of bad news.In summary, my approach to work can be encapsulated by the following principles:• Building strong relationships is essential to success • Staying open to new ideas and experiences is key to continuous learning and growth• Knowing your strengths and limitations, as well as those of your team members, is crucial in leveraging collective talents and calling in experts when needed• Success is a team effort, so being generous to colleagues and stakeholders and creating a conducive environment that fosters creativity and hard work is crucial• Effective leadership involves aligning values, goals, strengths, and communication• Being self-aware and learning from mistakes is vital, and it\'s okay to start as a beginner again• Keeping things simple and focus on the outcomes. This does not necessarily make them easy to deliver, but it does make it easier!
