Our eCommerce vision is to become the preferred online destination for water quality solutions.We must ensure that our customers are aware of our products and solutions, that they have the appropriate information they need to make informed decisions, and that they have a simple and intuitive purchasing process through our web platform. I am responsible for being the voice of our customers online and aligning the support and involvement of many teams across the organization. eCommerce at Hach is a team sport, and we collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver the best online experience for our customers.
