1. Director Program Management Office

   As the director of the Program Management Office, I oversee a staff of 18 project managers and business analysts managing all the projects for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) operating under a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) delivery model. The team is responsible for intake of all project and service requests, managing the provider proposal process, directly managing all multi-provider projects, and analyzing / designing / testing all service catalog enhancements. On average the team is managing or overseeing 800+ projects and 50-75 enhancement requests at any given time. Under my leadership: • Agile development has been instituted in the enhancement process • The product backlog has been reduced by 50% and the number of enhancement request older than 6 months has been reduced by 90% • Reduced the intake and proposal process time by 40% • Managed the transition of the state’s Managed Security Services (MSS) provider in less than 4 months • Completed the migration of the State’s computing resources that were slated to migrate to AWS from the on-premise data center • Started the migration of State computing resources slated to migrate to Azure Prior to moving into the PMO Director role, I: • Managed the GTA account’s Transition and Transformations team, managing major programs including the migration of eight agency’s IT infrastructure from on-premise data center to public cloud. • Managed the migration of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ServiceNow. I was the integration manager for all account services with other supplier systems, including automating end-to-end the on and offboarding of users across multiple identity management systems managed by multiple suppliers, resulting in time to complete going from days to four hours or less. • Managed GTA’s largest Market Test and Rebid program, transitioning the provider for data center management and identity and access management for 14 state agencies.
