Ferrara is an industry leader in U.S. confections manufacturing. Leading products include Trolli, Black Forest, Nerds, and Brachs. Innovation is one of Ferrara\'s keys to success and commercializing these innovations at a rapid rate. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the Ferrara Commercialization application project which is a custom application implemented on the SharePoint 2016 on-premise platform using C#.NET and Nintex technologies. Duties include establishment of daily scrum meetings, management of helpdesk queues, queue assignments to developers, system architecture and design, and report management. Responsible for resource and application health, establishment of a weekly owners meeting to provide overall process improvement across all departments involved in the Commercialization process. Responsible for overseeing the planning and development of the Sales departments Salesforce implementation. Implementation consisted of some out of the box features, as well as lightning implemented solutions. Implemented same methodologies as used in the Commercialization application described above. Responsible for Ferrara external product and corporate websites. Perform similar cradle to grave activities for websites with weekly meetings, ticket tracking and status updates. Work closely with Marketing to create project plans, asset storage and organization, and go-live timelines. Duties also include the direct management of application resources, support of mission critical Commercialization application, on-boarding new project resources, project planning and selection of technologies. Specialized in Project Management for the following application areas: Helpdesk, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Responsible for Ferrara Digital Employee Experience including Intranet implementation and design, employee training on Microsoft products, and question & answer office hours.
