Bio: As Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Tim Yamauchi is responsible for PRIDE Industries’ finance, accounting, risk management, marketing and legal departments. He is responsible for the organization’s compliance, financial reporting, risk assessment and corporate development growth strategies. Yamauchi joined PRIDE in 2002 with over 20+ years of senior and general management experience in accounting, finance, strategy and operations. His experience includes public security offerings (including IPO\'s and secondary offerings), venture capital financing, joint ventures, various types of commercial bank financing, start-up companies, debt restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Before coming to PRIDE some of the companies that he has helped grow in a variety of senior management capacities include Stockpoint, a provider of online financial applications (now News Corp, NYSE: NWS), Total Pharmaceutical Care, a home health care service company (now Apria Health Group, NYSE: AHG) and Health Data Insights, a provider of health care data mining solutions (now HMS Holdings NASDAQ: HMSY). Active in the community, Yamauchi serves on the boards of the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce and as Treasurer on the California Asian Chamber of Commerce. He is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Mountain Valley Chapter, and serves on the Drexel University Board of Advisors. In 2009 he was selected as CFO of the Year by the Sacramento Business Journal. Yamauchi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and is a certified public accountant (inactive status) with previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm (formerly Coopers and Lybrand), now PricewaterhouseCoopers.
