As an Analytical Lead, my primary focus is improving the advertiser experience on Meta’s many platforms. I’ve lead many complex projects with the support of my team which mostly involve data engineering, feature engineering and machine learning as well as advanced analytics using statistical models. Specifically, I’ve found success by:• Guiding our organization in establishing and understanding our KPIs while providing valuable insights to achieve established business goals.• Creating core data pipelines with the intent of contributing to Meta’s data warehouse for all to use. • Deploying static and dynamic ML models into production. This includes establishing the mathematical foundation, logic, programming and maintenance (ensuring the applicability and continuity of model performance).• Establishing dynamic cross functional teams of PMs, SWEs and analysts outside our organization to bring in new opportunities for improving the advertiser experience (As well as influence others outside our org!).• Managing a team of incredible data engineers and analyst by providing technical and career guidance.
