About Tim White

With almost 40 years experience in the commercial construction industry, Tim established what is now White Construction Group in 1985 and is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the company. White Construction Group provides general construction and construction management expertise to both public and private clients in the Colorado market. Early in his career Tim served as regional operations manager and chief project manager for two prominent general construction companies and was a co-founder of Fisher-White Construction Company, a general contractor that reached annual revenues of $25 million.His personal involvements in civic service as an elected official to board-level positions on economic development councils, land conservancy foundations and historical preservation groups drive the success of White both personally and professionally. He led a delegation from Douglas County School District on a trip through China. There they met with sister schools to search for ways to expand bi-directional opportunities to enrich education for students, staff and their communities.Notable Developments:Tim has been the driving force as the lead, co-developer, or builder of numerous high-profile projects along the Front Range, including:• Kabin; Denver, CO: Apartment complex in TAXI development in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, Kabin contains a total of 194 one- and two-bedroom apartment units.• The Move; Castle Rock, CO: Completed in 2016, this Class-B office space contains over leasable square feet, a rooftop solar system, and was one of historic downtown Castle Rock’s first modern office buildings.• Zeppelin Station; Denver, CO: A 102,217-square-foot building was constructed in 2018 and houses three levels of fully occupied office space above a multi-vendor food hall and bar.• Stanley Marketplace; Aurora, CO: The Stanley Marketplace is a mixed-use urban marketplace with a variety of retail options, including 50+ independently owned Colorado businesses under one roof. The 138,244 square foot facility’s transformation was complete in 2016.• STEAM on the Platte; Denver, CO: The STEAM project consisted of the conversion of a sq ft warehouse into creative office space with a courtyard leading to the river’s edge with views of the unique intersection of the Platte River and Lakewood Gulch trails. The first phase also features the adaptive reuse of a sq ft bow truss building into a restaurant and brewery. This project was completed in 2019 and has a second phase that is slated for development.

   As the founding Partner of White Development, Tim brings over 40 years’ experience in the commercialconstruction industry to White Development’s projects—from adaptive reuse restorations to ground updevelopments that have outsized impacts on communities. Tim is responsible for all aspects of real estate development projects from acquisition and design to financing and construction, including commercial, multi-family residential, mixed-used, and hospitality concepts. White Development operates its own wholly owned construction group, RB Contractors, LLC. Timoversees a build team that has almost a century of combined development and construction experience in projects of all types and sizes, and our decades long relationships with our subcontractors ensures that the highest level of quality and attention to detail is achieved on every project.
