ABOUT TIM WEDDING
As Director of CAB Solar at the Cambria County Association for the Blind and Handicapped (CAB), I am proud to have contributed to the launch and growth of our solar products line. Since then, CAB has emerged as a leader in above-ground cable management, setting industry standards with best-in-class products and unparalleled customer service. Our commitment to providing employment and rehabilitation opportunities for individuals with disabilities remains at the heart of everything we do. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, I had a fulfilling career in law enforcement, retiring with a broad range of experience across multiple disciplines. I served in various roles, including uniform patrol, K9 handling, and investigative positions. Notably, I was an Investigative Sergeant in the Crimes Against Children Unit, a SWAT operator, Lieutenant with the Child Predator Cybercrime Unit, and an FBI Task Force Agent. After retiring from law enforcement, I applied my expertise in Computer and Mobile Device Forensics to support the Department of Justice at the National Drug Intelligence Center and the Department of Defense at DC3. With a background in Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Management, I am skilled at identifying complex challenges and developing innovative, tailored solutions. Whether in public safety or nonprofit leadership, I am dedicated to using my skills to drive positive change and create lasting impact.
