Tim is a driven and highly motivated individual looking to continue his development in sales and or management. Tim has 10+ years customer service experience. He worked full time while attending Sam Houston State University as a full time student. After receiving a Bachelor\'s degree in 2010 he started a career path in the electrical industry. Tim started by pushing a broom in the warehouse with HD Power Solutions to get his foot in the door. After changing teams to Elliott Electric Supply he has promoted several times but still willing to pick up the broom and help when needed. Sales: • In 2013 as a new employee, Tim started selling parts over the counter for Elliott Electric Supply in Humble, TX. • In 2015 Tim was promoted to inside sales in Houston, TX at the regional distribution center handling larger accounts. Management: • In 2017 Tim was promoted to operations manager in Huntsville, TX. This position was intended to be for a full year but after exceeding expectations, Tim was again promoted to branch manager after only a few weeks. • This promotion made Tim the youngest branch manager for Elliott Electric Supply in the Houston area at the time as well as one of the youngest managers in the company. After the first full year as a branch manager the store had a 25% increase in gross profit setting a store record and has continued to thrive.
