My responsibilities have included pre and post sales support with technical assistance and presentation participation. My expertise includes Unified Communications, and Nortel product lines: CallPilot, Contact Centers, IVR, BCM, Avaya Communication Manager, IP Office, Norstar systems and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Tim Warweg is the Vice President of Operations for Telserv, LLC, where he is responsible for the successful running of the Installation, Service and Material Management Departments. Tim brings to the Operations Department a unique team approach garnered from his past roles as Operations Manager for Williams Communications Systems and BellSouth Communications; and as a Senior Sales Engineer for Telserv, LLC; and as a field technician in the early portion of his career. Tim has, in addition, served as the Project Manager for large complex strategic accounts.
